Darum geht es
In Ihrer Funktion berichten Sie direkt an den Geschäftsführer für Deutschland. Namhafte Unternehmen aus der Lebens- und Futtermittelindustrie, wie auch große Auftragslaboratorien zählen zu Ihren Kunden. Sie sind für Ihr Vertriebsgebiet selbständig verantwortlich und beraten bestehende und neue Kunden erfolgreich, um deren diagnostische Lösungen für Mykotoxine, Pathogene, Allergene, etc. weiter zu optimieren. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Expertenteams aus Österreich zusammen. 60% Ihrer Zeit sind Sie direkt vor Ort bei unseren Kunden in Süddeutschland und der Schweiz, den Rest arbeiten Sie von Ihren Home Office aus.
Ihre Aufgaben

Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategie zur Erzielung eines substanziellen und rentablen Wachstums- Durchführung von Seminaren, Verkaufspräsentationen, Produktdemonstrationen und Schulungen für Kunden
- Bereitstellung von Lösungen für Kundenbedürfnisse und Bearbeitung von Reklmationen
- Beurteilung der Kundenbedürfnisse und Empfehlung von geeigneten Produkten, Dienstleistungen und/oder Lösungen
- Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Gewinnung neuer Kunden
- Teilnahme an Marketingkampagnen, Veranstaltungen, Seminaren und Ausstellungen
Das bringen Sie mit
- Naturwissenschaftlicher Hintergrund/Ausbildung wie z.B. Matura, Studium, Pharmareferentenprüfung oder ähnliches (Studienrichtungen: Lebensmittel, Chemie, Biotechnologie oder ähnliches)
- 3 bis 5 Jahre erfolgreiche Berufslaufbahn im Vertrieb
- Extrovertierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneter Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Motivation mit “Can-Do”-Einstellung und Erfolgswille
- Reisebereitschaft in Ihrer Region (~60%)
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein der Kategorie B
