We are recruiting a Project Manager to join our team. The role holder will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of high value revenue projects through effective collaborations. The candidate will collaborate with Clients, Vendors, Service Providers, and other internal/external stakeholders and obtain commitments for issue free delivery of medium size to large projects. The role holder will also be responsible for developing and upgrading skill sets of the project team in order to deliver expected business results.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Master’s degree preferred
- Professional qualifications and certifications in project management (PMP)
Experience:
- Solid and in depth knowledge delivery of large IT projects within the payments industry
- 10+ years of experience in the banking and services industry out of which significant experience should be in the payment cards industry and professional management of projects
- Leadership responsibilities in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
- Well versed in project management techniques, tools and processes and detailed understanding of Project Management Methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients.
- Good mentoring, team building, motivating & negotiating skills.
- Strong IT background.
- Solid Experience in Cards & Payments
- Solid knowledge in systems like V+ / Postilion / B24.
- Solid Issuing / Acquiring knowledge
- Strong communication & leadership skills
