Position Summary

As Human Resources Admin, you will be a continuous learner, capable of working competently with data and processes in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing parts of the employee life cycle: onboarding, employee relations, and separations. You also will be communicating with the HR teams and relevant parties to support the business objectives of the organization

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

The Human Resources Admin is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the HR team
  • Serve as point of contact of employees
  • Arrange any schedule that involves the HR people and/or the affected parties
  • Manage HR documentation and policies
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of and ensure organizational compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Perform any other duties as required

Qualifications/Experience Required

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Understanding of clerical and administrative duties
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Understanding of basic project management process and concepts
  • Able to work with complex information
  • Able to operate Google products (e.g. Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
  • Written communication and skills (e.g. Proofreading, etc)
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English language to succeed in a remote work environment
  • Flexibility to adjust to work routines/schedules, as required, to meet the needs of the company and expectations of customers
