- Plan, build and execute social media strategy through regular posts on different platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc) to achieve marketing and campaign targets.
- Perform community building on PGMall's social media channels proactively by monitoring comments and engagement to ensure PGMall offers the best user experience.
- Track, monitor and understand content performance through creating reports, and propose next-step actions.
- Continuously improve performance by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Conceptualize new ways to promote PGMall and optimize its pages to connect with audiences.
- Collaborate with other teams to create social 'buzz' regarding new feature or product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Proactively spot trends, research new methods, new social media channels to apply for PGMall to improve users' engagement.
- Active social listening.
- Collaborate with Campaign Planning team in planning and achieving campaign objectives via ads.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to build online marketing/event planning strategy and roadmap.
- Determine and prioritize strategy and resources to achieve business KPIs including user acquisition and sales.
- Regularly analyze and report on marketing and paid campaign performance leveraging internal data.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Optimize user journey on all digital marketing channels Work closely with the design team to develop creatives for online campaigns.
- Collaborate and build processes with marketing, commercial and other departments across the company.
- Assist in idealisation for Partnership, Offline branding and PGMall's events Coordinate with internal and external teams, to facilitate the execution of partnerships, including sourcing and liaising with external vendors.
- Work on design briefs and performance tracking for on-going partnerships and other administrative tasks such as printing of marketing collaterals, surveys and invoicing.
- Branding industrial intelligence and research.
- Other Marketing tasks/projects assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Diploma/Degree of Marketing or related discipline.
- Min 3 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Social Media Management Tool (Loomly, HootSuite) will be an added advantage.
- Experienced with handling multiple advertising accounts & social media platforms.
- Experienced with Social Media Management.
- Strong Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Good command in English, Malay & Mandarin both verbal and written.
