Supervisor, Electronics Industry Sales, HT - Shanghai
主要职责：
1.负责电子行业终端用户的开发、拜访和直接推广，汇报每家现使用品牌情况以及年采购金额，了解现有供应商体系；
2.负责通过钉钉收集、整理及维护终端用户的信息；
3.管理客户(行业终端客户，行业做单公司)，开发电子行业直供经销商，并协助当地提供售后服务;
4.每天总结拜访量，包括：行业终端用户数量、行业经销商数量；
5.每天按时完成日报、每周按时完成周报；
6.每周五下班前做好下周的周计划和工作重点；
7.按照项目节点做好拜访计划，每周跟进上周周计划；
8.每月统计汇总当前所负责行业客户完成情况，并制定相应行动计划方案；
9.对终端走访信息过程中收集行业客户信息，竞品信息，寻找新的行业客户和做单公司。
10.完成公司安排的其他工作。
经验及背景：
1.大学及以上学历，电子类、自动化专业优先考虑；
2.有陌生拜访经验，有B2B销售模式优先考虑；
3.有良好的沟通和谈判技巧；
4.工作勤奋努力，吃苦耐劳，积极主动，善于达到销售目标。
5.持有驾驶证，并熟练驾驶车辆。
6.可以接受出差
