Job Purpose:
· Convert to Sales, leads received from inbound and outbound activity at Pitstoparabia.com
· Key Accountabilities:
· Advises existing and/or prospective UAE based customers by answering incoming calls and or Instant messages.
· Influence customers to buy product and/or service. Documents prospects and leads and follows up till sale is closed.
· Creates a database by entering, verifying, and backing up relevant data.
· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
· Maintains technical knowledge by attending trainings and reviewing publications.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Communicating clearly with all levels of the business, building rapport and strong relationships with colleagues as well as customer.
· Identify, preempt and address any potential issues that could affect PSA customers.
· Interactions Internal: All relevant departments specifically, Customer Services, Web Marketing, Finance and Operations External: Customer, Suppliers & Distributors.
Experience & Education and Compensation:
· Strong communication skills in English spoken as well as written.
· Min 5+ years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
· Tyre/Automotive Sales or Services experience preferred.
· Experience of handling customers in UAE/or candidates who have lived in the UAE preferred.
· Bilingual Arabic / English speakers preferred
· Intermediate level Computer skills Word, Excel, Power point.
· Generous Base plus Commission. On target earnings of PKR 50,000- 100,000 per month, based upon experience and skill
