We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Assistant to provide support to the Accounts department by managing day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices/estimates.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, Income Tax Returns, and other financial statements.
- Preparing daily/weekly business performance trackers on sales and stock management.
- Manage Petty Cash.
- Maintain Proper Filling.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 1 year of practice experience.
- Working knowledge of Xero, and QuickBooks (Essential).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel to intermediate level).
- Proficient in Advance Excel, Formula, Pivot Tables, and Generating Reports.
- Excellent presentation skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
